Fasciablaster Day2

Day 2 owning fb.

I am very overweight but very flexible due to yoga stretches for years done to be able to work 12 hour shifts standing with no breaks whatsoever.

Approach: I used to get myofscial release massages before 4 kids took all my money.  I want to feel that good again.  I have shoulders that feel attached to my ears and a lower back that spasms in pain after 8-12 hours of work standing.  I also have horrible tight IT bands that keep me awake at night when I lay on my sides.  I think are more fascia bound cause i stretch in pigeon pose daily.

First day I took long hot bath while heater was heating bathroom.   I did my triceps biceps chest and neck and upper back hump while sitting in water.   Then got out and did legs.   And my high butt.  My husband came in and quickly did over traps for me.   I went light on most.  It hurt alot.

Day 2 no brusing except in forearms which i went to town on.   I know that whole line of fascia needs to be broken up. I repeated the routine.  Totally found the gravel feeling in my forearms today.   Was hard to keep after it. But did.  When i got out i did legs and high but along with up over my hips. To the front.

CONCLUSIONS. I can feel the release in my sholders and in my lower back. Im so happy.  I think im going to do my glutes.  I know ashley doesnt but I really dont have to worry about losing too much.  Lol  i took pics and maybe someday will share if i get to an after place I will take measurements tomorrow too... I can see where this can be heading.   If I can get out of pain i can see wanting to join a gym with a sauna and what my start as walking to warm up from the inside out could turn into a workout and sauna fasciablasting. And if I get to that point it will be because I started this in my bathtub!

ANYONE who is thinking of using to get rid of pain and gain function in daily life DO IT!
